Teen Life Today? TV, Clothes???

I am doing a research project on Teens. I haven't been one for years and need some teen help. If you are a teen or know them well can you maybe answer a few of these questions.


1. What teen clothing brands are hot?


2. What/Where food/beverages do you consumer? (Coke, Starbucks, Subway....)


3. Health and/or Beauty/Grooming product brands teens use (both guys and girls)


4. Cool electronics - games, cell phones, computers?


5. What is cool for teens to do? (school activities, volunteer, mall)??


6. Anything Else about the new generation of teen?

I asked my 14 year old daughter about your question. After some thought, she stated her belief that you are boring, your questions are totally bogus, and you need to get a life - real projects such as this have paid panels.

Reply:ok, i am 13. so im not sure if the different states/cities have different trends. this is my opinion:


1.depends. abercrombie,hollister,victoria's secret,forever 21,wet seal, hot topic,ect.


2. alot of SODA! starbucks, and pizza (anything junk! haha)


3. PROACTIV works great for acne, any shampoo,sephora makeup,and bath and body works


4.RAZR,choclate(verizon),video ipod,ipod nano,apple


5.myspace.com is #1 in my school for girls and guys. piczo.com is mostly used by the girls. tumbling,football,cheerleading,lacrosse,... skating are big sports. most teens now days hang out at the mall,peoples houses,movies,and most important: HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL GAMES!


6. teens these days. its very complicated in this age. nowadays, no one knows who to trust, who to look up to,how to act. there is so much drama going on in school. but it helps develop character. the adults think they know;they dont. most of my friends hide so much from their parents. there is anything out there;especially on the internet. peer pressure is sky-rocketing. teens seem to get all the blame all the time because they are easy to blame. its tough; tough for the parents too.
