Mazda 3 or Scion TC?

I m going to buy my first car and i ve narrowed it down to these two models. I don t race. I m just looking for a nice attractive car to drive even after five years. Which one do you think is best and tell me why? Oh and please keep your answers around these two cars. Believe me, i have done some very extensive research before coming up with these two (Auto msn, edmunds, yahoo autos, consumer report, top gear).

IF THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO THAT I CAN PICK FROM THEN I WOULD GO WITH THE MAZDA, AND BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED IT.





I AM IN THE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR BUSINESS AND BOTH OF THE CARS WILL PUT YOU IN THE POOR HOUSE AFTER THE WARRANTY, VERY EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR AND THE PARTS ARE OUT OF THE ROOF.

Reply:The Toyota contrary to popular belief is the worst car. Has a history of breakdowns recalls and problems. The Mazda still not my favorite would be the choice. Just more reliable. You have to remember the research done by these sites are always going to be biased. They will always lead you in the direction they get paid for. Some people have the perception that because Toyota makes it it is better. When nothing could be farther from the truth. In the past three years Toyota has had more recalls than anyone. So you tell me what would your choice be. Like I said if these are your only two choices take the Mazda. Me personally I would buy domestic and pay less and get more car.
Reply:I think the Scion Tc. My girlfriend has one and i love it. They are nice looking cars off the lot. The interior is nice also the sun roof is awsome. The trunk space is a little small but you can always fold the seats down. I think that the Tc has more style than the Mazda 3. If you havent i would test drive both and just see which one you think you would like best.
