Do Latin Americans Do a Lot of Drugs?

I was doing research on Asia and found that even though the region produces a large amount of illegal drugs, people in the producing countries statistically dont do drugs and these countries have no drug culture. Is the same true for Latin America. A huge chunk of the world's cocain comes from Columbia, but are Columbians themselves known to be consumers of drugs on a large scale. What about the rest of the region? Thanks

Do Latin Americans Do a Lot of Drugs?
Colombians are not big Coke users, yeah they produce a majority of it, which most of it is ran by guerrilla groups as fund raising for their constant civil war. However, the mass of coke produced is used for foreign trade. their's always the party group in every culture including Latin America which uses the product, but the majority is used and sold to Americans. Even in Colombia the majority of the Coke distributed within latin america is purchased by or with the intention to sell to North Americans whether in Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica and Panama.
Reply:I don't know who the hell you are but that's not true,I can tell what is true though alot of white dudes are the ones that do drugs and commit crimes.
Reply:i believe that they want your money, not to party. so i believe you dont hear about colombia being a country with drug addiction problems, other problems, oooh yes. they sell, and americans do the do.
Reply:They produce it to sell it to Americans they cant afford it
