Ranking of Best Online brokers for stocks, other listed securities?

Where would one find a reliable source that has rated and ranked major online stock brokers. Am looking for a ranking that takes into account: costs, reliability, responsiveness, and quality of research by the online brokers evaluated. There must be a 'Consumer Reports' style analysis and ranking of the major online discount brokers. I am looking for a source that is suitable for Canada-residents or those who file tax returns under Canadian rules %26amp; regs . When searching Canada finance sites, I saw some comments on some some online brokers, but I have not found a ranking done within the past 15 months . I'd be be thankful for info on where to find a ranking that is specific to Canadian residents. Thanks , Leila Simone
