PETA Killed 97 Percent of 'Companion Animals' in 2006, According to VDACS

WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 — An official report from People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), submitted nine months after a Virginia government agency's deadline, shows that the animal rights group put to death more than 97 percent of the dogs, cats, and other pets it took in for adoption in 2006. During that year, the well-known animal rights group managed to find adoptive homes for just 12 pets. The nonprofit Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) is calling on PETA to either end its hypocritical angel-of-death program, or stop its senseless condemnation of Americans who believe it's perfectly ethical to use animals for food, clothing, and critical medical research.

PeTA has a culture of death. This is an anti-life organization that no one in their right mind should support. In 2005 PeTA reported killing over 90% of their 'sheltered' animals. In 2006 it was over 97%. I shudder to think what it was in 2007.





If PeTA wants you to do anything, sign anything, support anything, say anything or act in any particular way, just say NO. Remember this: PeTA killed over 97% of the animals left at it's *only* shelter in 2006. Tell everyone you know.
Reply:OMG thats sick, most of the shelters in Ireland (my country) are no-kill, even if it means that whoever owns the shelter has to pay for boarding out of there own back pocket!!

This is a video by Penn and teller, it as strong language in it. It shows best what PETA is all about. Anyone that syays PETA dose not do this they need to get copies of thier tax returns, they are tax expemted and thier returns are a matter of public record. You can see the truth there.

Reply:yep, their main office is a few miles from here, they freeze them, and then pay by the pound for them to be burned. they also got caught taking dogs and cats from a local animal shelter saying they were finding homes from them, and then killed them in the back of a van, and dumped the dead pets behind a grocery store.
